Designer

Alfred Kleene (b. 1953) from Cloppenburg and Gabriele Assmann (b. 1959) from Warendorf are a renowned German design duo. After studying interior design at Detmold and design at the University of Münster, they founded their joint studio in 1983, specializing in furniture design and product development. Based in Stuttgart, their work spans modern furniture for both residential and commercial markets, as well as exhibitions. Known for their innovative approach, they hold several patents and have collaborated with leading international manufacturers like eforma. Their designs, recognized with multiple awards, emphasize style, functionality, and durability.
